ONSITE WARRANTY
Every software project carries Onsite warranty for certain
period. The warranty period varies from project to project

12 hour service in normal cases and in some worse cases
24 hour service at client end during Onsite Warranty period.
AFTER WARRANTY SUPPORT

phone and fax. However for personal onsite visits, a nominal
cost is charged from the client.
MAINTENANCE
After successful implementation of the software project,
ZSLNetwork takes Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) at
nominal cost, which varies from project to project. ZSLNetwork
provides an array of AMC Packages ranging from Technical
Warranty to Small Modifications Warranty to Comprehensive
all covered Warranty.
