ZSL provides every client with proper training sessions at client end. Certain Training
sessions are included in the cost of project. ZSL also provides Corporate Comprehensive

ONSITE WARRANTY
Every software project carries Onsite warranty for certain period. The warranty period
varies from project to project on the basis of size of the project. ZSL ensures 12 hour
service in normal cases and in some worse cases 24 hour service at client end during
Onsite Warranty period.
AFTER WARRANTY SUPPORT
At ZSL we are always open for helping the clients for the problems they may face in
operating the software systems. ZSL is pleased to answer your queries by email, phone and
fax. However for personal onsite visits, a nominal cost is charged from the client.
MAINTENANCE
After successful implementation of the software project, ZSL takes Annual Maintenance
Contracts (AMC) at nominal cost, which varies from project to project. ZSL provides an
array of AMC Packages ranging from Technical Warranty to Small Modifications Warranty to
Comprehensive all covered Warranty.
ADDITIONS AND EXPANSIONS
A complete set of information is kept for each and every client of ZSL in a Standard
manner so that as and when required, the Additions and Expansions in the software project
